Adept aims to deliver tangible benefits to our customers who have enabled us to weather through stormy business environments over the years. As one of the most established IT companies in Zimbabwe, we want to ensure that organisations fully benefit from their investments in ICT.
Adept Solution was born in 2004 as the brainchild of our current Managing Director, Wellington Nheta. Initially the company was specialising in software and website development but it has since grown to include training, licensing and technology consulting.

Wellington Nheta
FOUNDER & CEO
Wellington has extensive experience in IT Service Management and Software Development for the past 19 years – an ITIL Expert who successfully delivered training and ITIL adoption in the SADC region for the past 10 years for various organisations.
Lydia Nheta
OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Lydia holds a Degree in Sociology from the University of Zimbabwe. She is a passionate educationist and worked for over 5 years in conjunction with the UNHCR designing, operating and managing Education programs for the refugees. She runs the operations of Adept Solutions.
Lawrence Vekenye
TECHNICAL & TRAINING MANAGER
Lawrence, an expert in administering certification exams through leading providers has over 10 years of experience and numerous IT certifications. He is a seasoned trainer, dedicated to managing our entire training & testing department, ensuring exceptional service and leadership.
Benjamin Nheta
Sales & Marketing Manager
Benjamin, with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Diploma in Accountancy, joined Adept in 2019. He has over 10 years of experience in leadership, administration and business development. He is also an experienced trainer with 5 years in ICT, specializing in Linux. He excels in process optimization, customer satisfaction, and holds recent cybersecurity certifications.
Bright Usayi
operations Manager
Bright holds a Bachelor’s Commercial degree in Financial Intelligence. He joined Adept in January 2019 as Finance & Administration Manager. He now serves as Operations Manager, leveraging over 8 years of expertise in operations, accounting, and financial intelligence to drive strategic initiatives and enhance organisational efficiency.
